Picture Studios wants you to know that we care about your health and safety. Our Greensboro photography studio is now COVID 19 certified for the Film and Video Production Industry. In the paragraphs below, we have outlined some of the measures we have taken to prevent the spread of the virus per CDC Guidelines. Mandatory Temperature Checks
All guests at a Picture Studios facility will receive a quick contactless temperature reading immediately upon entry to the office of the studio. Anyone that exhibits signs or symptoms of COVID 19 such as a fever will be required to leave the premises. While this policy was initiated as a response to the pandemic, it has been adopted on a permanent basis.
Guest And Occupancy Limits
Our studio has a limit of six (6) occupants total and a maximum of five (5) guests at any one time. In addition, our office is closed to non paying guests and there is a limit of one (1) parent or guardian in the reception area. Picture Studios management retains the option to temporarily modify and/or reduce these limits at its sole and absolute discretion.
Hand Sanitization Stations
All occupants are encouraged to wash their hands in the restroom of the building prior to entering the premises. Because our photography studio is available for rent on an hourly basis, we also have several free hand sanitation stations for guests. Our hand sanitization bottles are located in the office area leading to the studio as well as at the vanity station inside.
Masks Are Always Required
We adhere to a very strict mask requirement policy at Picture Studios. With the sole exception of clients or talent posing for photographers within the studio, it is our expectation that a mask will be worn by guests at all times. To further these efforts, our office also has protective mask boxes on display and they are available free of charge to anyone.
Daily And Hourly Cleaning
Global pandemic or not, good hygiene and a clean environment are essential to our success. That is why we have a ten minute buffer between sessions and charge a penalty for clients who remain in the studio beyond their scheduled session. Every high touch surface of the studio is cleaned hourly and we go to great lengths every day to provide a safe and sanitary working environment for you and your guests.
We Are Safe Sets Certified
The health and safety of our clients and guests is paramount. On November 29, 2020, our studio manager completed Safe Sets COVID 19 (Level A) education for the Film and Video Production Industry. Obtaining this certification is just one of the many ways we have demonstrated our commitment to slowing the spread of the virus.
